Almost every cuisine in the world has something delicious for the vegetarian. During the last seven years, Robert Church has presented the finest international vegetarian food to the Denver area. Authentic tastes, unusual ingredients, clever kitchen tools, and an honest love for food and people are all hallmarks of his cooking classes. A self-taught chef, Robert specializes in spectacular multi-course dinners designed to immerse his students in the smells, flavors, and cooking techniques specific to different regions and countries. Exhaustive research and menu planning maintain the true spirit of the food, while Robert keeps the execution of the dishes accessible to domestic kitchens. This particular night at Dazzle the Chef will be cooking a meal consisting of 6 courses:
Spinach Makhouda (Tunisian Quiche) with Lemon and Harissa
Chorba el Khodra (Tunisian Vegetable Soup)
Trio of North African Salads: Carrot and Raisin Salad, Roasted Pepper and Preserved Lemon Salad, Lentil Salad, with Khubz (Morrocon Bread)
Tagine bil Hummus (Stew of vegetables and chick peas)
Couscous T'Faya (Couscous topped with caramelized onion and raisins)
Mhalbi (Custard flavored with cinnamon and orange flower water)
