The Love Royale is a group founded by Heather Larrabee and Kyle Jones (producer of the Flobots' record on Universal and engineer of their hit song "Handlebars"). The two write extensively together and deliver electric soul with topnotes of jazz, R&B, pop, and indie-rock. Flanked by Heather's brother, Matt, an accomplished songwriter, guitarist, and rebel, the trio root the band's creative direction in coloring outside the lines.

The Love Royale also features the potent stylings of Denver's underground poet laureate, Lady Speech, a mainstay in the city's poetry and cultural arts scenes. Weaving ceremony, words, and rhythm under heavy grooves, no two shows are alike with the archetypal forces of Lady Speech at work in the room. Heather has directed a number of residencies at Denver and Los Angeles clubs and offers sensual and soulful vocals tinged with haunting melodies.
