SpeakEasy - where Spoken Word meets Jazz

Wednesdays, 9pm :: SpeakEasy - where Spoken Word meets Jazz :: Anyone with a flair for words is invited to sign up for the weekly Open Mike and take the stage. A trio of jazz musicians will improvise music to accompany each poem. The microphone is open to everyone—poets, spoken-word performers, hip-hop artists, and anyone else who has something to say and an artful way of saying it. The event will be hosted by Dan Robinson 1st & 3rd weeks, and by Soul Daddy 2nd & 4th Wednesdays.
